My story is shaped by the journey between two worlds - growing up in Saudi Arabia, moving to the United States, and building a life in Silicon Valley. Early success gave me outward achievement, yet internally I felt the weight of cultural pressure, chronic stress, and a deep sense of disconnection. The turning point arrived with loss - of security, belonging, and even my health. Instead of chasing old definitions, I chose to heal. I rebuilt myself through emotional awareness, disciplined self-care, and spiritual practices rooted in truth and compassion. Grounded by these experiences, I formalized my approach with certifications from Jay Shetty Certification School and IAP College, balancing structured coaching with lived wisdom. Today, I guide others in reclaiming their story and building alignment across identity, relationships, and purpose. My work is about creating a safe space where transformation is not abstract theory but a grounded, integrated reality for each person I meet.
